The Ojai Sunshine Cottage has a large, shaded arcade front porch with coral tinted Terracotta tiles and pink textured stucco finished walls. The interior space is vaulted with wood trusses and has 8 foot tall windows and doors for a light and airy feel.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 office & a cozy movie room with a built-in sofa bed. The back of the house features a large patio, outdoor dining table and firepit space that is accessed off of the dining room and primary bedroom.
